This Is What Practical AI in the Enterprise Actually Looks Like
Matt Sanderson from The AA is back.
Last time I talked about how he used commercially available tools to chain together a phenomenally useful Teams-driven data bot, saving his colleagues literal hours of grunt work. You can read all about that here.
This time, he's going a step further – but still keeping with the 'agent interface'. Instead of Teams, he's taking advantage of the organisation's recently announced ChatGPT Enterprise agreement.
"Colleagues will know I've become a bit obsessed with text-to-SQL," he writes on LinkedIn.
He goes on to explain how he used the Genie capability in Databricks to connect into The AA's ChatGPT Enterprise UI. Colleagues can now ask ChatGPT for data and it can very swiftly provide it (and then do all sorts of smart things with it).

You can see an obfuscated example in the screenshot he provides.
Very exciting indeed.
(Matt, I'll add this one into my standard Board AI training presentation along with your previous example!)
