A question for your AI vendor: Do you have a patent? Or just a collection of prompts?
I was watching with interest this video on LinkedIn featuring Darren Ford, founder and CEO of The CAI Company (guess what they do?) and also the makers of bot analytics tool Chatpulse.
Darren was doing a good job holding my attention, chatting away...

And then, discussing working with vendors offering all sorts of 'solutions' (my description), he said, words to the effect of:
"Is it genuinely innovative, and does it deliver the value that's worth buying?"
He continues:
"If you find yourself asking these questions, here's one more you should ask: Do they have one of these?"
And then my eyes popped out of my head as he thrust this at the camera:

Love it.
Very dramatic, Darren – and highly compelling. He goes on to briefly explain how Chatpulse (Marketplace entry) uses a series of sophisticated and proprietary algorithms to do its analysis.
It's a highly valid point Darren – and one I think it's worth asking of any Conversational AI vendor.
